Potato Gnocchi Bake
3 lbs Potato Gnocchi
32 oz Alfredo Sauce
½ cup shredded Gruyere Cheese
½ cup shredded Fontina Cheese
¾ cup shredded Parmesan Reggiano Cheese
¾ cup Gorgonzola crumbles
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 Tbsp parsley or paprika
Cook Gnocchi, combine with Alfredo Sauce. Mix in all cheeses except Parmesan. Pour into half-pan or into single-serve baking cups. Top with Parmesan & paprika. Bake half-pan in 375 degree conventional oven until cheese is browned on top, approximately 35-45 minutes. Bake single serve cups likewise, only for 15-20 minutes.

4 c. cooked Potato Gnocchi
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. celery salt
3 T. mustard
¼ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. salt
Mayonnaise
Add enough mayonnaise to make a good consistency. Mix all together and chill before serving.
